Why expiries are so easy to miss
Documents don't expire on a convenient schedule. A CPC card five years out, a tacho card renewing at a random date, a licence category quietly lapsing — spread across a fleet of drivers, tracked in someone's head or a spreadsheet, one will slip through. And it always seems to surface at the worst moment, mid-shift or at the roadside.
