How it works
- Drivers capture tickets at the tip. Each delivery ticket is photographed on the phone and recorded against that load — no paper to chase.
- Upload the supplier invoice. When the Tarmac (or any supplier) invoice comes in, Raahi reads the tickets on it.
- Raahi matches and flags. Every ticket is matched to a recorded delivery. Anything that doesn't match is highlighted for review.
What it catches
- Billed, not delivered — a ticket on the invoice with no matching delivery. This is money straight back in your pocket.
- Delivered, not billed — a delivery your driver did that isn't on any invoice, so nothing is missed on your side.
- Matched — the clean majority, reconciled automatically so you only review the exceptions.
